Join a dynamic Intensive Case Management Team as a Mental Health & Substance Use Nurse. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in community settings.
As a Nurse (RN/RPN), you'll work under team leadership, contributing to client-centered rehabilitation programs and services for mental health and substance use. Your expertise will enhance treatment pathways in both community and facility settings, ensuring robust support for clients. This position requires a minimum of two years of MHSU nursing experience, along with knowledge in relevant legislation and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain clinical services and rehabilitation programs
• Perform assessments and treatment for mental health clients
• Collaborate with families and health care resources
• Monitor psychotropic medication side effects
• Ensure effective communication and documentation
Requirements:
• RN or RPN registration with BC College of Nurses
• Minimum two years MHSU nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation model
• Ability to travel for client services
Utilize your nursing skills to support clients through intensive case management and rehabilitation.
