You will also play a significant role in quality and risk management within the service you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations within the unit/service

• Supervise and develop nursing staff effectively

• Organize and coordinate clinical activities

• Act as liaison among multidisciplinary team members

• Contribute to quality and risk management strategies

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized nursing program

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

• At least 2 years in a clinical setting

• Current RN registration with BC College of Nurses

• Effective in coordinating priorities and problem-solving
