Key Responsibilities:

• Direct clinical program planning and execution

• Ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards

• Lead and coach nursing and care teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required;
Master’s preferred

• Current provincial nursing body registration required

• Experience in leadership in seniors care

• In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and regulations

• Demonstrated communication and leadership capabilities
