As part of an interdisciplinary team, the LPN will assess clients facing mental health and addiction issues. You will manage treatment, administer medications, and support recovery strategies.
Your role will include following organizational policies while ensuring quality care is delivered to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and refer patients when necessary
• Handle patient Detox scales according to policies
• Administer prescribed patient medications as required
• Ensure adherence to medication policies and procedures
• Follow up with patients post-Physician assessments
Requirements:
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Experience in trauma-informed care is beneficial
• Knowledge of mental health and addiction practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
