As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Vehema Staffing, you will focus on assessing and meeting patient needs through effective nursing care and collaboration with healthcare teams. Your responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients about health practices. Excellent patient relationships are essential in this important role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medications and treatments based on physician orders
• Document patient conditions and progress daily
• Assist patients with personal daily activities
• Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention
Requirements:
• BCCNM License is mandatory for eligibility
• CPR certification and TB test necessary
• One year of preferred long-term care experience
• Driver's license with transportation is an advantage
• Certification in Point Click Care is a plus
