Bayshore Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Specialty Pharma team. You will administer injectable or oral medications, assess patient health, and document reactions. This role emphasizes effective communication with supervisors and allows for specialized training in infusion services and clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized nursing care plans for each patient
• Conduct health assessments and provide medication teaching
• Obtain IV access and administer specialized pharmacological treatments
• Report and document adverse events per protocols
• Maintain accurate communication with healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• 2 years of acute care experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Exceptional patient assessment and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
