The Property Administrator works for a property management company and brings two to less than three years of experience. Education includes a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience. Daily work supports apartment operations through records, reports, repairs, maintenance, and tenant communication.

• Ensure lease agreement terms are met
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation implementation
• Monitor work progress and costs for property owners
• Maintain operating expense and income records
• Respond to client and tenant trouble calls

• Two to less than three years of experience
• College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Yardi, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Criminal record check required
