Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and by phone; keep counter stocked and organized.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including labels and documentation.
- Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep storage areas clean and secure.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks (if certified/trained).
- Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to track, expedite, or return products.
- Front facing customers at retail counter.
- Warehouse environment with exposure to noise, equipment, and temperature changes.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- High school diploma.
- 0-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work in a team.
