Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and by phone; keep counter stocked and organized.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including labels and documentation.
Receive incoming goods, verify against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep storage areas clean and secure.
Operate equipment such as forklifts or hand trucks (if certified/trained).
Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to track, expedite, or return products.
Work Environment
Front facing customers at retail counter
Warehouse environment with exposure to noise, equipment, and temperature changes.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Requirements
High school diploma
0-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work in a team.
