As a Self-Checkout Attendant, you will work closely with customers, fostering a positive retail environment. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness in the self-service area while educating customers on the efficient use of checkout options. You will also address any technical issues and assist customers with frequently asked questions regarding self-checkout procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in self-service areas
• Educate customers on using self-service checkout options
• Promote company sponsorship programs and initiatives
• Observe and assist customers when needed
• Address EAS alarms and document issues appropriately
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• No prior experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to address technical concerns
• Willingness to support company initiatives
