Customer Service Specialist - Gun Counter

Become a Customer Service Specialist at Bass Pro Shops, focusing on the Gun Counter. Deliver legendary service by guiding customers through firearm selections and enhancing their outdoor experiences with expert knowledge.

In this role, you will report to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager and engage customers in meaningful conversations to evaluate their needs. Your understanding of various firearms and hunting practices will enable you to provide tailored product recommendations. This position also includes maintaining merchandise presentation and responding thoughtfully to customer issues, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored assistance and recommendations for firearms

• Ensure merchandise is presented visually appealing and organized

• Promote in-store services like surveys and pick-up

• Resolve customer concerns using sound judgment

• Stay updated on outdoor lifestyle trends and products

Requirements:

• One or more years of customer service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License required

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service

• Experience with Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s products is a plus
