Personal Shopper Part Time

Personal Shoppers provide personalized eCommerce fulfillment for our customers, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
• Shop and accurately fill customer orders with quality products.
• Scan products and process transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
• Contact customers to verify order accuracy or inquire about product substitutions.

• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Driven and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions.
• Motivated to learn new things.

No previous experience is required – training will be provided.

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move constantly throughout a shift.
