Join Michaels as a Store Team Member and showcase your customer service talent. Help shoppers with product needs while providing a friendly checkout experience in our retail space.

As a Store Team Member, you will support customers at Michaels by facilitating their shopping journey and ensuring a positive checkout process. Additionally, you’ll assist with stock management and engage customers regarding our rewards initiatives. Maintain store standards through effective recovery and organization practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance in product searches and shopping inquiries

• Execute friendly checkout transactions and cash handling

• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and credit options

• Take part in stocking, merchandising, and recovery efforts

• Uphold safety protocols and comply with company standards

Requirements:

• Retail experience or customer service background preferred

• Ability to move and lift items as necessary

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Must be available for various shifts, including weekends

• Experience in Custom Framing is beneficial
