Part-Time Retail Operations Coordinator

This role is pivotal for JD Sports, as you will manage daily operations within the stockroom while directly supporting customer service teams. Your input will significantly affect the inventory flow and overall store functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in-store requests from front of house associates
• Lead the stockroom's daily operations and organization
• Ensure accurate inventory management and handling
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce sales process
• Communicate with customer service and store staff regularly
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in retail or stockroom
• Experience with the Shopify platform is a plus
• Ability to work weekends as required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
