As a Customer Experience Champion, your role will involve modeling Indigo’s beliefs and creating joyful moments with customers every day. You’ll foster authentic relationships on the sales floor while sharing inspiring stories about our product offerings. Your understanding of customer feedback will allow you to continuously improve the retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a joyful shopping atmosphere for customers
• Tell product stories that resonate with shoppers
• Connect authentically with customers on the sales floor
• Curate specific product collections tailored to individual needs
• Maintain and promote visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
• Bilingualism is necessary in Québec
