Key Responsibilities:
• Create an inviting shopping experience for every customer
• Manage daily store operations and inventory tasks
• Oversee restocking sales floor and processing shipments
• Maintain merchandising presentation standards
• Develop lasting customer relationships through engagement
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2 years of retail experience preferred
• 1 year of leadership experience in retail recommended
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends
