Replenishment Manager

Position: Michaels Replenishment Manager Opportunity
Drive excellence as a Replenishment Manager d store operations, manage compliance, and enhance retail performance while ensuring an organized and inviting shopping experience.

In this vital role, you will assist the Store Manager in enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving your team towards achieving performance targets. You will not only manage store standards, logistics, and safety programs, but also engage in training and employee development initiatives. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that embodies Michaels' vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SOP compliance and retail standards

• Manage truck processes and KPI achievements

• Execute planogram and seasonal set processes

• Oversee safety and shrink programs

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)

Requirements:

• Retail merchandising and customer service expertise preferred

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry

• Candidates must meet local legal requirements

• Positive interpersonal skills for customer engagement

• Experience in interviewing, onboarding, and training
