• Drive excellent customer experiences through product insights

• Ensure store standards in merchandising and operations

• Serve as a link between customers and leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in retail management

• Passion for sneaker and streetwear culture

• Experience in supervising and coaching

• Strong decision-making skills

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
