In this role at MEC, you will provide exceptional service as a Seasonal Store Advisor. Your main responsibilities include engaging with members about outdoor products and sharing your knowledge on hiking, camping, and more. You'll assist in merchandizing, organizing inventory, and promoting MEC events to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chat with members to understand their gear needs

• Share personal outdoor experiences and product recommendations

• Maintain store organization and cleanliness

• Help organize inventory behind the scenes

• Promote MEC events and services to members

Requirements:

• Passion for the outdoors and product knowledge

• Strong customer service mindset and integrity

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

• Ability to lift 50 lb. and walk 10,000 steps

• Previous retail experience is an asset
