We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales staff, and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team, foster excellent customer service, and uphold the store?s standards of excellence.

• Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee sales management by setting targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals
• Manage merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to optimize store presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills and a friendly phone etiquette
• Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering operations, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security
• Implement marketing initiatives within the store to attract customers and promote special offers or seasonal campaigns
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive shopping environment

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management principles
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of training & development practices
• Ability to manage budgets, perform basic math calculations accurately, and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
