Sephora Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to oversee all store operations at BC-Nanaimo. You will manage the Operations team, coordinate staffing, overnight stock, and the overall execution of Sephora in the Nanaimo location.
You will lead operational excellence, inventory management, merchandising, and budget-conscious supply management while acting as Manager on Duty and engaging with clients on the sales floor. Strong time management and problem-solving skills are essential.
