Position: JD Sports Supervisor
Shape customer interactions as a Supervisor at JD Sports Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Focus on enhancing team performance and operational efficiencies in a retail setting.

This full-time, on-site position requires a leader who excels in retail management and has a deep understanding of the sneaker culture. You will mentor your team, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the high standards of JD Sports. Your proactive approach will drive community outreach and support key retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote outstanding customer satisfaction through product expertise

• Mentor and develop the retail staff's abilities

• Evaluate business results and reduce KPIs

• Maintain visual and operational standards in the store

• Engage effectively with customers and staff

Requirements:

• Retail management experience of at least 1-2 years

• In-depth knowledge of streetwear

• Proven ability to train and lead teams

• Financial analysis and decision-making skills

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends
