Store Manager Development Role

Take charge as a Store Manager with The Liquor Co. 1977 in Nanaimo, BC. This full-time role focuses on team development, operational excellence, and superior customer service.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the Selby Store's operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and profitability. Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management

• Proficient in sales tracking and office software

• Strong communication abilities

• Serving It Right certification required; WSET Level 2 preferred
