Contribute to Hallmark’s retail operations as a Territory Assistant located in Nanaimo, BC. This hybrid, part-time role emphasizes merchandising and relationship management.
As a Territory Assistant, you will support the execution of Hallmark programs and ensure strong retail partnerships. Key responsibilities include overseeing service schedules, training staff, and participating in store installations while maintaining clear communication with the Territory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in product program execution in retail spaces
• Ensure service schedules are consistently met
• Review service budgets with Retail Representatives
• Train employees on merchandising techniques
• Engage in store remerchandising and installations
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills for issue resolution
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
• Attention to detail in following instructions
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
