At Cabela’s, Greeters play a crucial role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome. You will manage entryway activities, address customer inquiries, and promote store events and sales. Your commitment to providing top-notch service will contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers entering the store with enthusiasm
• Provide information about CLUB Membership and in-store promotions
• Keep entryway areas clean and welcoming
• Issue promotional materials for store events
• Manage the check-in process for merchandise returns
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Experience in retail or customer service environments
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to various situations and challenges
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
