• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement
• Execute accurate pricing changes for sales floor integrity
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and operational leadership
• Train and develop team members across various departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in retail leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
• Skills in workload prioritization and task execution
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise
• Experience in complying with safety and operational standards
