As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying theft and fraud while discreetly monitoring for suspicious behavior. This role requires maintaining professionalism in all interactions and conducting thorough security audits of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and identify behaviors associated with shoplifting
• Perform security audits and detail findings in reports
• Maintain a customer-first approach in challenging situations
• Interact professionally with the public and law enforcement
• Conduct evidence documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• BC Security Worker’s Licence required
• Reliable transport between multiple store locations
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Enthusiastic approach to security responsibilities
