Under the guidance of RCMP officers, you will oversee the care of detainees in a secure environment. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, logging activities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You will also maintain a tidy facility while assisting with administrative duties involving detainee care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and check on detainees regularly

• Maintain cleanliness and order in cells

• Record activities and organize meals for prisoners

• Dispense approved medications under supervision

• Ensure all facilities meet security protocols

Requirements:

• Certification in Occupational First Aid is mandatory

• Ability to secure RCMP and Public Works Clearance

• Proficiency in English communication

• Physical readiness to lift and climb as necessary

• Commitment to ongoing training and development
