Key Responsibilities:

• Establish security presence to deter theft and crime

• Monitor and approach individuals with unpaid merchandise

• Document theft and incidents accurately

• Patrol premises and provide access control

• Respond to emergencies and escalate as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Security License and prior security experience

• Willingness to patrol on foot for shift duration

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently

• Experience with theft prevention and detaining shoplifters
