Location: Nanoose Bay

Lead security operations at Commissionaires in Nanoose Bay. We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee guard posts and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Join Commissionaires, Canada’s premier not-for-profit security organization, as a Site Supervisor. You will be responsible for staffing, training, and monitoring the performance of security personnel. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client and employee concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guard posts are manned according to regulations

• Supervise and train security personnel at the site

• Liaise with emergency response agencies as needed

• Investigate and resolve client and personnel complaints

• Maintain compliance with relevant safety legislation

Requirements:

• Obtain Government of Canada level II security clearance

• Complete Commissionaire Security Officer Course

• Physically fit for patrol duties

• Proficient in English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
