Position: Commissionaires Site Supervisor Role
Location: Nanoose Bay

As a Site Supervisor with Commissionaires, you will play a pivotal role in managing staffing, compliance, and personnel training. You’ll ensure that security operations meet regulatory standards while addressing any issues that arise effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Post Orders at all shift levels

• Supervise, train, and evaluate security staff

• Communicate with emergency response teams for incident management

• Handle and report client and employee complaints

• Maintain records and documentation for personnel

Requirements:

• Must possess Government of Canada level II security clearance

• Successful completion of the Commissionaire Security Officer Course

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Customer service orientation and problem-solving competency

Lead the team at Commissionaires and contribute to ensuring safety across the community.
