Position: Full-Time Security Guards
Paladin Security is hiring full-time Security Guards for mobile, static, and event duty across Nanaimo, BC. Successful candidates will exhibit strong service and communication skills essential for safety.

The role encompasses patrolling various locations and handling emergencies while providing stellar customer support. Candidates should have a valid security worker license, be physically fit to walk long hours, and be adaptable to varying shift schedules, including weekends and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service across all sites

• Prepare detailed reports of incidents and daily happenings

• Watch for security violations and report them immediately

• Perform regular foot patrols to ensure safety

• Use radios to monitor and report site activities

Requirements:

• Valid BC security worker license is required

• OFA 1 certification is an asset but not mandatory

• Strong physical fitness for extended hours of work

• Class 5 Driving License with clean abstract for mobile patrols

• Eligibility to work in Canada is required
