Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Client Needs Assessments for tailored service connections

• Develop Action Plans for employment retention success

• Guide clients to WorkBC program services and support

• Maintain engagement and motivation throughout the client journey

• Document financial needs and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• Minimum 2 years in employment services or counselling

• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and practices

• Proficiency in MS Office and database management

• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
