Bonaventure Support Services is seeking dedicated individuals for a vital full-time role assisting youth. You will encourage independence and dignity through personalized support, skill development, and by fostering strong relationships in the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid youth in daily living and personal care routines
• Promote development of life skills for independence
• Implement positive behavior and crisis intervention strategies
• Work collaboratively with families and community partners
• Maintain a safe and supportive living environment
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Services or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in supporting diverse abilities is preferable
• BC Class 5 Driver’s License required
• First Aid with CPR certification needed
Be a key supporter in promoting autonomy and community engagement for youth.
