Position: Restorative Justice Case Worker at Connective
Make a real difference with Connective as a Restorative Justice Affected Parties Case Worker. This temporary role supports individuals affected by crime, providing essential guidance through the restorative justice process.

The Affected Parties Case Worker will primarily focus on case management and support for individuals impacted by crime. Collaborating closely with the Restorative Justice Team, you will conduct intake assessments, create individualized plans, and mentor affected parties throughout their healing journey. This role is pivotal in ensuring a needs-based and trauma-informed process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs

• Participate in case management debriefings and strategy sessions

• Provide one-on-one support to affected parties throughout cases

• Network with community organizations for additional resources

• Maintain comprehensive records in Salesforce and other systems

Requirements:

• Experience in restorative justice or social services

• Post-secondary training in relevant fields

• Understanding of trauma-informed practices and community resources

• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to complete criminal and reference checks
