Position: Youth Outreach Support Worker Role
Make a meaningful impact as a Youth Outreach Support Worker in our community-based organization. Support at-risk youth in achieving independence through practical skills and compassionate guidance.

This full-time position focuses on direct support and development for at-risk youth through our Supportive Living Program. You'll work collaboratively in both one-on-one and group settings, helping youth identify needs, set goals, and access vital resources. In this role, you will serve as a trusted mentor, advocating for youth and celebrating their progress through challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with at-risk youth

• Conduct needs assessments and create individualized goal plans

• Provide emotional and practical support during transitions

• Deliver life skills workshops and crisis intervention

• Collaborate with community partners for youth advocacy

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related field

• 1–2 years direct outreach experience

• Knowledge of youth barriers and trauma-informed care

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid BC driver's license and clean record checks
