Term Case Manager for Services; Ladysmith

The Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council is hiring a full time Case Manager for Pre-Employment Supports in Ucluelet. Help clients achieve their employment goals through comprehensive support and actionable plans.

This term position is set to last until October 2, 2026, aimed at candidates skilled in client engagement and program management. You will work with trained professionals to identify barriers, develop action plans, and implement job readiness skills among participants. The role requires outreach into various First Nations communities.

• Provide essential case management to clients
• Create customized Employment Action Plans
• Assess client needs and make referrals
• Collaborate with agencies to improve client support
• Gather statistics and fulfill reporting obligations

• Certificate/diploma in Job Development; 3-5 years experience
• Knowledge of First Nations challenges and opportunities
• Familiarity with local communities beneficial
• Experience with databases and reporting systems
• Must have a driver’s license and vehicle for travel
