This new position is part of Connective's commitment to foster inclusive communities funded by the British Columbia Civil Forfeiture Grant Program. You will work directly with affected parties, leading intake assessments and developing individualized support plans. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your role is crucial in ensuring that each individual’s voice is heard throughout their restorative journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead intake assessments to match clients to the program
• Engage in collaborative case management with team staff
• Provide clients with one-on-one support during their process
• Document and maintain case files diligently in Salesforce
• Help manage volunteer orientation and training activities
Requirements:
• Background in social justice or related field
• Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• Understanding of restorative justice values
• Class 5 driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
• Successful completion of background checks
Proactively support those affected by crime by enhancing restorative practices at Connective.
