Become a Case Manager for Pre-Employment Supports with the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council in Ucluelet. This full-time position offers a chance to assist clients in realizing their employment goals through structured support and plans.
This term role, lasting until October 2, 2026, seeks candidates with skills in client engagement and program management. You will work alongside trained professionals to pinpoint barriers, strategize Employment Action Plans, and deliver essential job readiness training. Outreach to First Nations communities will be a vital responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver essential case management to individual clients
• Develop tailored Employment Action Plans for job seekers
• Evaluate client needs and arrange necessary referrals
• Partner with agencies to enhance overall client support
• Compile data and fulfill reporting requirements
Requirements:

Education:
Certificate/diploma in Job Development; 3-5 years experience
• Understanding First Nations issues advantageous
• Familiarity with local communities helpful
• Background in databases and reporting systems
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
Facilitate positive change in clients’ employment journeys through excellence in case management.
