Position: Part Time Tenant Support Role

The temporary position, covering maternity leave, requires working 24 hours per week primarily on weekends. As a Tenant Support Worker, you'll help residents with daily routines, kitchen support, and document important observations. Collaboration with a dynamic team will enhance resident programs and overall safety in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents

• Support personal hygiene and living habits

• Address pest and rodent issues for residents

• Assist with onboarding residents to Cornerstone

• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma and one year of experience

• Experience with at-risk populations preferred

• Strong verbal and written English communication

• Crisis response capability is essential

• Pass a criminal background check
