As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients through personalized service planning and life training. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and set goals with clients
• Teach daily living and social skills effectively
• Provide support during recreational and vocational activities
• Communicate with families and community resources
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related human/social service field
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Valid First Aid with CPR-C certification
• WHMIS training and Naloxone Administration licensed
• Understanding of housing support models
