Position: Full-Time Community Inclusion Support Worker
Make a positive impact as a Community Inclusion Support Worker in Nanaimo, BC. Support individuals with diverse abilities in achieving their daily living and vocational goals every Thursday to Monday.

Bonaventure Support Services is looking for a dedicated Community Inclusion Support Worker to enhance the lives of adults. You will work closely with individuals to promote independence and encourage participation in community activities. Collaborate with families and community partners while upholding respect and dignity to foster a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities and personal care

• Encourage skill development for community participation

• Collaborate with families and professional supports

• Maintain health and safety standards at all times

• Promote strong relationships with team members and community

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Services or related field

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License

• Criminal Record Check and MCFD Hub Screening

• First Aid with CPR certification

• 3 reference letters including recent employer
