Position: Program Manager Role in Community Services
Empower communities through the role of Program Manager at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources. This position focuses on creating inclusive programs for children and youth with diverse abilities.

As Program Manager, you will leverage your experience to support children, youth, and families while working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your role includes ensuring program integrity, fostering community relationships, and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities. You will engage with various stakeholders, providing insights to enhance community integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in program planning and delivery

• Coordinate projects with the Ministry of Children and Family Development

• Use interpersonal skills to manage and support teams

• Develop innovative programs reflecting cultural diversity

• Schedule staff meetings and provide ongoing team support

Requirements:

• Educational background in social sciences or humanities

• 3-5 years of management experience in health care

• Proven experience with complex challenging behaviors

• Familiarity with community partners in mental health

• Clear criminal record and valid driver’s license
