This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related fields, plus three years of experience in student housing or youth services. You’ll conduct assessments, coordinate support plans, and respond to critical incidents while working with campus partners to ensure safety and promote a positive environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized case management for students of concern
• Respond to crises involving mental health or safety issues
• Collaborate with campus teams on student support strategies
• Conduct outreach and develop preventive programming
• Support the administration of the Student Housing conduct process
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in related environments
• Strong assessment and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of case management principles
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
