Full-Time Supportive Housing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized support plans with tenants

• Supervise and mentor Housing Support Workers

• Coordinate with external partners and service providers

• Manage property-related tenant issues

• Contribute to tenant program development

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the field

• Supervisory experience in non-profit housing or social services

• Knowledge of client-centered care practices

• Crisis prevention and management expertise

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle accessibility
