In this key position, you will assist the Program Manager with essential duties such as scheduling, performance evaluation, and program implementation. Focus on developing individualized support plans while ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Availability for on-call duties is essential for ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program development and evaluation processes
• Create and monitor personalized support plans
• Lead and support staff training sessions
• Plan and execute program-related social events
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human/Social Services or similar
• Minimum of 3 years experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
• Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license
