Become the Supportive Housing Team Lead at Pacifica Housing, where you will balance leadership and tenant support. This full-time position demands dedication to social justice and community service.
You will serve as a key figure overseeing Housing Support Workers and providing direct assistance to tenants. This includes navigating crises, advocating for tenant needs, and facilitating community engagement, all grounded in a supportive and inclusive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized support plans with tenants
• Supervise and mentor Housing Support Workers
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers
• Manage property-related tenant issues
• Contribute to tenant program development
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the field
• Supervisory experience in non-profit housing or social services
• Knowledge of client-centered care practices
• Crisis prevention and management expertise
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle accessibility
