Frontline Shelter Worker: Compassion & Safety Advocate
The Salvation Army Nanaimo New Hope Centre is seeking a dedicated Shelter Worker to provide compassionate care for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will work at the front desk, monitor access, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment in line with our mission.
You will document daily activities, liaise with case managers, assist with meals, and support programming while upholding confidentiality and safety protocols.
