Position: AI/ML Engineer for Healthcare Solutions

In this role, you will create and implement cutting-edge AI/ML design patterns using the Anthropic MCP SDK. Your expertise will be crucial in developing search and retrieval pipelines, ensuring compliance with PHI standards, and delivering API documentation to facilitate smooth deployments. This role also prioritizes collaboration with teams to ensure high availability and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design MCP templates using Anthropic MCP SDK

• Develop hybrid retrieval pipelines for databases

• Build parameterized RAG templates and integrate tools

• Implement authentication with IAM integration

• Ensure compliance with safety filters and monitoring

Requirements:

• Strong background in AI/ML frameworks

• Experience with vector databases and RAG

• Proficiency in distributed systems and cloud platforms

• Knowledge of security protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance

• Hands-on API design experience
