We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team at Orange theory Fitness Nanaimo as a Part-Time (Evenings + Weekends) Membership Associate! If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and want to be part of a brand-new gym, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

As a Membership Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of our club, helping potential members take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle. Your primary responsibilities will include driving membership sales, maintaining our facility in top condition, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience.

• Membership Sales:
  Chatting with potential members about what makes Orange theory so effective and fun, and helping people book their first class.
• Customer Service:
  Provide a friendly and professional experience for everyone who visits the studio. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will make members feel welcome and valued.
• Facility Maintenance:
  Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep to ensure our studio is always looking its best. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting environment for our members.
